According to a real estate brochure, the lifestyle hub will also house Sonic, Burger King, and Phoenix’s very own Mesquite Fresh Street Mex, amongst others.
The new theme park is part of Glendale’s ambitious tourism plans, as it neighbors the billion-dollar VAI Resort, both of which are slated to open late 2023.
