If you live in the Phoenix-area and you’re a fan of eating Italian and eating local, you’ve probably heard of Babbo Italian Eatery, the restaurant with seven Valley locations that serves up Italian classics as well as modern Italian-American cuisine.
The question is, have you heard that Babbo is opening an eighth location?
If you live in Goodyear, I’ve got some good news—your Babbo-commute is about to get a whole lot shorter. Babbo Italian Eatery was recently approved for a liquor license at 15705 W McDowell Road.
Babbo Italian Eatery has been serving up Italian staples at its locally-owned locations since 2002. The menu ranges from pastas, pizza, and calzones, to crostini, salads, and sandwiches. The eatery has a passion for seeking out unique ingredients to create “bold, fresh flavors.”
The new brick-and-mortar will be located near the corner of W McDowell Road and N Pebble Creek Parkway. Owner Ken Pollack was unavailable for comment at the time of publication, so you’ll want to check back in for details on the Goodyear location’s opening plans.
