The company’s 21st location is one of many new restaurants coming to the shopping center at an unknown time, according to the mall’s website. Village at Prasada currently has a handful of chain restaurants already in operation, such as Taco Bell, Arby’s, and Jersey Mike’s. Other eateries expected to open include Cold Beers & CheeseburgersLou Malnati’s PizzeriaBarrio QueenO.H.S.O. Brewery, Cooper’s Hawk, Chick-fil-A, and a lot more. Blue Sushi Sake Grill will be the primary spot in the area to get delicious sushi.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill, owned by Flagship Restaurant Group, has gradually grown to 13 locations across the U.S. The Nebraska-based company has a couple of locations in each state, other than the four in its home state and five in Texas. The company recently opened new locations in Birmingham, AL, and Kansas City, MO. It’s unclear exactly where the new Blue Sushi Sake Grill will open, as the shopping center has 37 new restaurants and retailers coming to the area.

When the new restaurant opens, customers can expect a variety of sushi options that is not only delicious but responsibly sourced. With the help of their partner, the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch, Blue Sushi Sake Grill pledges to never source seafood from the red or ‘avoid’ category. On top of various Japanese sushi classics, the restaurant also offers a one-of-a-kind ‘Build Your Own Sushi Box,’ with all the fresh ingredients needed to make eight total maki rolls.

“Our sushi and grill menus allow you to explore your sushi favorites in new and unexpected ways,” according to the company’s website. “We like to say that sushi is for sharing, and our menu encourages it. Order a spread of all your maki, nigiri, and sashimi favs from the sushi bar, and throw in a few orders of starters from the grill. We’ll stagger your plates so you can savor it all bite-by-bite and maximize the sushi experience you’ve been craving all week.”
