Bluewater Grill, Phoenix’s go-to spot for fresh and tasty seafood, will be switching up their location this summer. The restaurant has announced on their website that they’ve shuttered their prior digs on Camelback and are headed for the shining waters of 1525 E Bethany Home Rd, with doors set to open sometime this August.

The company writes, “when we reopen, you can enjoy an oyster/sushi bar, full bar, and happy hour. We’re located at the site of the former San Tan Brewery on East Bethany Home Road and 16th close to the Biltmore Hotel in Central Phoenix.”

If you haven’t checked out Bluewater Grill Phoenix already, they’re a must try for anything seafood. The small chain started in Southern California, and Bluewater Phoenix is the only location of their eight to operate outside the Golden State. With a laid back attitude and a varied, menu of bright fresh food, Bluewater Phoenix brings the coast to the desert. Whether it’s oysters on the half-shell, fried calamari, sanddabs right from California, creative sushi, or even a lobster roll, Bluewater grill is ready to satisfy any stripe of seafood fanatic. And for the most devout carnivores, their steak isn’t something to sleep on either.

Whether it’s a fun lunch with friends or a dinner out, Bluewater, come August, will be ready to satisfy. The eatery boasts a full list of cocktails, craft beer, and fine wine to round out your dining experience.
