The restaurant, owned by S. Barret Rinzler, is a chef-driven boutique steakhouse and bar, according to its website, where guests can find “a departure from typical chain steak restaurants or traditional fine dining experiences.”

Outside of the food, the menu is also paired with a “sexy interior” that’s different than a standard, dimly-lit restaurant. Bourbon & Bones focuses on high energy that lights up their extensive bar with upward of 600 bourbons to choose from.

The restaurant also won Arizona Foothill Magazine’s Best of Our Valley for Best Steakhouse, Best Craft Cocktails, and Best Date Spot in 2018.

Since Bourbon & Bones focuses on the upscale, it also comes with a dress code. Because they strive to create a memorable experience, they ask guests to avoid wearing gym clothing or glothing with graphics or language, baggy clothing, backward hats, or bare feet.

This will be the third location for the upcoming steakhouse, although dates, according to the listing on Upper West Side Phoenix, are still to be determined as 83 Marketplace is still under construction.

What Now Phoenix reached out to Rinzler for more information on Thursday, but he was unavailable by phone.
