Brunch Snob is coming to 4747 E. Elliot Road in Ahwatukee, as evidenced by a recently issued liquor license by the State of Arizona. The family-owned restaurant is taking over the former Irish Hare Pub at the Ahwatukee Mercado.
Co-owner Celene Hillsbery confirms that they are currently remodeling the space and hope to open by the start of January 2022. Hillsbery currently owns Sacks Sandwiches in Hardy.
Now, she is gearing up to debut a new concept serving breakfast and lunch alongside a full-service bar. Brunch Snob is meant to be a “boujee haven” for those who fancy themselves brunch connoisseurs.
The space is outfitted with sleek silver and black finishes, plus a fabulous mural painted by local artist Leila Parnian. Brunch Snob aims to be unique from popular breakfast chains, serving recipes the Hillsbery developed in her own home.
In addition to traditional breakfast dishes, we can expect delicious burgers, sandwiches, and more. At the bar, there will be all sorts of libations and non-alcoholic beverages to wet your whistle, including champagne and cold brew on tap.
Brunch Snob plans to be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day when they finally open their doors to the public. Until then, stay tuned to their Instagram account for updates.
