Bully Brew Co., owned by Sandi Luck, is adding another storefront to their list as they move into Park West at 9744 W Northern Avenue in Peoria.
The coffee shop focuses on cold brew coffee, which the website says is an all around “better cup of java.”
The result of the cold brew process results in a higher caffeinated, fuller bodied and smoother finishing brew that doesn’t have as much acidity and tannins as other coffee.
The website further states that the beans are slow roasted at a high altitude of over 6,000 feet to ensure “a perfect, even roast.”
Outside of the coffee, guests can also enjoy a selection of food off of their bistro menu. Breakfast options include a Bully Burrito with scrambled eggs, red potatoes, sautéed red and yellow peppers, red onion and cheese.
If you’re around for lunch, look for a Sicilian muffuletta sandwich with smoked ham, prosciutto and salami with provolone, arugula, pepperoncinis, red onion and olive tapenade on house-made artisan bread.
What Now Phoenix reached out to Luck for more information on an opening date, but she was unavailable by phone at the time of publication. However, a listing on Upper Westside Phoenix states it’s slated for Winter 2021/2022.
