If you haven’t been to the Mesa location, you’re in for a real treat! Serving high-quality sustainably sourced seafood at a reasonable price, California Fish Grill cooks your meal over a flame gill in their open kitchen, where you can see cooks chopping fresh herbs, hand-battering fish, and sautéing vegetables.

Originating in 1998 out of Gardena, California, the restaurant chain boasts more than 45 locations throughout the western U.S. and they continue to grow. This can be attributed to the exceptional fish selection on their menu.

California Fish Grill serves wild-caught and farmed-raised seafood that is rated Best Choice or Good Alternative by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program or Eco-Certified by a third party.  Their seafood selection ranges from Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Sea Bass and more. Visit www.cafishgrill.com to check out the menu.

Correction: An earlier version of this article stated that there are more than 30 locations throughout the western U.S. This has been updated to more than 45.
