With three corporate-owned locations and three franchise units, CaliTacos has six locations—some of which are still in development and pending an official opening date. CaliTacos aims to have locations throughout the East and West Valley by the end of the year and is pushing to expand in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Casa Grande, and Gilbert, according to a press release. Franchisees gain a variety of support elements, including training, marketing strategies, brand guidance, and more.

“Our team has seen incredible momentum and interest this year,” Fabian Ruiz, founder of CaliTacos, said in a press release earlier this week. “This is our third franchise sold and will proudly serve the communities of Chandler, Avondale, and Mesa here in Arizona. We are continuing to expand throughout the state and welcome those curious about our opportunity to connect with us and become a part of the CaliTacos family.”

It’s unclear exactly when and where the new Avondale location will open or who the franchise owners are. What is known is that when this new restaurant opens, customers can expect authentic street tacos in a high-energy ambiance, all within an open-kitchen, fast-casual dining experience. With a focus on fresh ingredients and bold flavors, CaliTacos has quickly become a favorite destination for taco lovers across Arizona.

“Imagine tasting one of the most authentic street-style tacos you’ve ever had; it’s these flavors, our menu, our uncompromisingly authentic tastes that have set us apart in the industry,” said Ruiz. “With a modern brand that brings not only family together but also the community, we have built a place to relax and enjoy friends. Our tacos have so much flavor at an affordable price, we see the same customers sometimes as many as three and four times a week.”
