Chef Jose Rodriguez, a culinary expert with deep roots in Mexico City, leads the kitchen with a passion for Mexican cuisine that shines through in every dish. He adds his own signature flair to the family’s cherished recipes and the vibrant flavors of south-central Mexico. Signature offerings such as Tacos Gobernador, Esquite Street Corn and the distinctive Tijuana-Style Caesar Salad highlight the rich cultural heritage and culinary excellence that define Okay Maguey.
Complementing the exceptional cuisine behind the bar is Fernando Bernal. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the spirits industry to Okay Maguey’s cocktail menu.
