The building, located at 5538 N 7th Street where Stock and Stable Gastropub used to be, is a 1950’s-era two-story that housed Stock and Stable on the bottom with Honor Amongst Thieves above.

According to recent reporting from Mouth by Southwest, Neighborly Public House is slated to offer seafood, meat cuts, and vegetable dishes, while St. Urban will be more of a modern French brasserie with a menu consisting of small bites.

Common Ground Culinary, founded in 2011, is also behind favorites like Twisted Grove Parlor & Bar and The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, among others around town. Chef Collins obtained his degree in hospitality management from Boston University.

The website for Common Ground Culinary says they bring “polished, time-tested hospitality to the restaurant and catering space.”

What Now Phoenix reached out to Collins on Thursday for further comment and an idea on the opening, but was unable to make contact.
