The neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot Eggstasy is bringing its take on morning classics to Queen Creek with its eighth location anticipated to open by mid-December. Located at Ellsworth Loop and Rittenhouse Road, the locally owned morning eatery brings its warm and welcoming menu to this fast-growing part of the East Valley.
“The word is out about Queen Creek. It’s a fantastic community with a great mix of agricultural and urban life and outdoor activities. We’re thrilled to bring our own energy and enthusiasm to the area with our food, atmosphere and staff,” said Eggstasy owner Peter Verros in a statement.
Located in the hub of Queen Creek’s shopping at the busy QC District, the newest Eggstasy brings its unique blend of upscale brunching with family-focused service. On opening day guests will be greeted to the “egg-mazing” interior with the open and airy dining area surrounded by a urban chic décor. In the back, they’ll see all the action from the open kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities as it feeds both the energy of the space and the hungry guests.
The Eggstasy menu has traditional brunch favorites like pancakes, crepes, omelets and burgers as well as upscale takes on the classics. The Angus Skirt Steak and Eggs answers the “breakfast or lunch” question with three eggs, a perfectly grilled steak and crispy hashbrowns. Caprese Benedicts feature a poached egg on toast with mozzarella and tangy pesto. There are 11 different styles of pancakes, including the decadent Pumpkin Cheesecake stack. Crepes also get the drool-worthy treatment like the Cookie Butter Crepes filled with crumbled Biscoff cookies and bananas.
In addition to its juice, soda, coffee and espresso drinks, Eggstasy features a full service bar that includes fresh-squeezed orange juice mimosas, bloody marys and other cocktail specials.
