Fire Tiger originated in Thailand and currently has locations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Local entrepreneur Rady Samphan owns the upcoming Mesa location, which will be the brand’s first in the United States.

While Samphan could not disclose too many details at this time, he said that he hopes to debut Fire Tiger to American tastebuds this coming May or June. In addition to bubble tea drinks, Fire Tiger has some incredible looking sundaes composed of shaved ice topped with cereals, tapioca, grass jelly, and more.

Based on their main Instagram account, they also seem to have deep fried taro and sweet purple potato balls. That said, we won’t know for sure what will be on the menu at Fire Tiger’s Mesa location until they finally open.
