Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced the grand opening of Greenpointe at Eastmark, a new neighborhood within the Eastmark master planned community in Mesa, Arizona. Homes are selling and model homes are available to tour in-person.

Greenpointe at Eastmark consists of 209 one and two-story single-family homes in four classic and open-concept floor plans. The homes range from about 1,500 square feet to more than 1,850 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms plus lofts. Pricing begins at $389,990.
