The company’s first Valley location is set to arrive in the Phoenix Premium Outlets in Summer 2024, according to the company’s website. Founder and CEO Gregory Zamfotis tells What Now Phoenix that this will be a corporate-owned location and is expected to open in the next two weeks. While the company is hopeful of an early summer opening, Zamfotis says he is planning to open more locations throughout Phoenix once the first one opens. This is one of many new locations coming soon for the company across the country.
On top of a new Phoenix location opening soon, Gregory’s Coffee is getting ready to open new sites in White Plains, NY; Kennewick, WA; Tyler, TX; Treasure Coast, FL; Albertville, MN; Tacoma, WA; Schaumburg, IL; Coral Springs, FL; Palo Alto, CA; and Old Bridge, NJ. These locations will all feature the same menu that is full of summer refreshers, including various coffee and tea options, as well as homemade bakery options plus grab-and-go snacks. Some items on the menu include parfait, croissant sandwiches, muffins, vegan breakfast burritos, and more.
“Gregory’s was founded in 2006 in Manhattan, New York, with a strong focus on quality, innovative products, and world-class service,” according to the company’s website. “We work tirelessly to select our coffees and develop roast profiles that bring the absolute best out of each bean. We roast four days a week in our facility in Long Island City, always ensuring the freshness and quality of our brews. In addition to our usual blends, we also always carry limited edition single-origin coffees that we source for their unique, exotic, and special flavor profiles.”
