The new yet-to-be-named restaurant will take over a space on the edge of Scottsdale Civic Center Park near the long-running and popular martini bar AZ/88, according to Phoenix Business Journal. The new concept will focus on seafood and is expected to open in Fall 2025. This is just the beginning for Hi Noon Hospitality, which is also actively looking for other spaces around the country to grow its existing brands, such as additional Buck & Rider locations in California, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.
“Our new coastal southern European seafood concept will offer great cuisine and an inviting atmosphere,” Adam Strecker, the founder and CEO of Hi Noon Hospitality, said in a statement. “We love that we are on the park; the building is beautiful, and the location has a fantastic view.”
This is a massive accomplishment for Strecker, who has launched three locations of both Buck & Rider and Ingo’s Tasty Food. Buck & Rider has gained national attention for its process of flying in the freshest seafood from around the world – seven days a week. Ingo’s Tasty Food, on the other hand, is a culinary concept that celebrates quality, community, and unforgettable experiences. The restaurant features an all-day menu featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and cocktails. Whatever this new concept is, the community should have high expectations.
“Our approach is rooted in thoughtfulness and intention, ensuring that every aspect of our work, from food to financials and from operations to design, is carried out with the highest commitment to quality,” according to the company’s website. “Our team of professionals brings extensive knowledge and experience to the table, providing innovative solutions to help our restaurants reach their goals and overcome challenges.”
