The cafe, run by Danielle Middlebrook and Craig Dziadowicz, offers “coffees and foods that extend beyond what you’ll find in chain retail and grocery stores,” according to the website. It further claims, “if it’s on our shelves, we’ve tasted it, we love it, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”

A sketch in the liquor license shows the cafe itself will cover just over 1,400 square feet and have 480 square feet of patio space.

The cafe is also known for BYOB wine and beer to the restaurant. Diners who join them in their original location downtown can hop next door for a selection of choices from the bottle shop, as well.

The bottle shop has operated for just over five years in their downtown location, and just over two in their uptown.

What Now Phoenix reached out to both Middlebrook and Dziadowicz for comment as to an idea on the opening date, but was unable to reach either.
