Arboleda is brought to us by San Francisco Bay Area restaurateurs Björn Kock and brothers Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal. “Arboleda takes your senses on a culinary journey of the Mediterranean using the highest quality ingredients; sourced locally whenever possible. Its lively atmosphere and inspired design make Arboleda the ideal destination for friendly gatherings, special occasions and much deserved happy hours,” they write on their website.

What Now Phoenix has reached out to representatives for Arboleda, so we will update if we hear back. Along with the highly-anticipated JoJo’s Shake Bar, Arboleda will be joining a host of new eateries at Scottsdale Quarter.

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Liz Modern Asian, and Puttshack have all recently debuted this shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. For more information, visit scottsdalequarter.com and for updates on Arboleda, visit arboledaaz.com.
