Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, the Ohio-based ice cream shop that’s been scooping their frozen delicacies all over the south and mid-west, has Arizona on its mind. According to Jared Cauffield’s The Active Tenant List, Jeni’s is looking for a North Scottsdale lease with 1200-1500 square feet to work with.

What’s unique about Jeni’s? According to the company’s website, the ice creams don’t contain synthetic flavoring and offer a smooth texture with a buttercream body. The creamery scoops flavors like frosé sorbet, raspberry rose jelly donut, and savannah buttermint. One Instagrammer recently commented about the Wedding Cake flavor saying, “Your wedding cake ice cream is literally the most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten. Please don’t ever get rid of the flavor.”

On top of making quality ice cream, Jeni’s is a Certified B Corporation, which means it’s been acknowledged as displaying social and environmental consciousness. The company uses Direct Trade and Fair Trade ingredients in its frozen confections.

So if you’re on board with Jeni’s, you might help them out the next time you see a North Scottsdale space available for lease. After all, everything is better with ice cream.
