Mesquite Fresh Street Mex is opening its ninth location in the Valley at 4875 S. Val Vista Drive in Gilbert. Co-Owner Ahmad Alatrash confirms with What Now Phoenix that the new location is planned to open in February 2022.
Alatrash adds that the new Gilbert location will feature a drive-thru, plus a walk-up window with an outdoor patio for dining. It will have the same delicious menu of tacos, burritos, bowls, quesadillas and more.
Formerly known as Mr. Mesquite, Mesquite Fresh Street Mex was founded by Ahmad and his older brother Naser. Along with their team, the Alatrash brothers ensure that every location serves only the freshest ingredients, while upholding their commitment to quality service.
