On the heels of its recent opening in Surprise, Over Easy is now headed for Queen Creek. According to a pending liquor license, Over Easy will be at 21152 E. Rittenhouse Road in the former Costa Vida space. This will be the chain’s eleventh location in Arizona and twelfth location overall.
Owner Ryan Field confirms that Over Easy Queen Creek should be ready to open before the end of this year. Originally founded in 2008 by celebrity Chef Aaron May, Over Easy quickly soared to national notoriety as one of Phoenix’s best restaurants to get breakfast.
The restaurant was featured on numerous Food Network shows and national publications such as Bon Appétit Magazine and Travel + Leisure. Over Easy is known for serving hearty breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes made from scratch, as well as sippable daytime cocktails to wash it all down.
