According to a pamphlet from Boardwalk at Anderson Springs, the development at the SE corner of Dobson and Ray roads that is anchored by the original Sprouts Farmer’s Market, a new craft brewery will open soon in Chandler.
Patent 139 Brewing Company has leased a 4,145 square foot space in the development and will be in good company with Cold Stone Creamery, Kwench Juice, and more than one wellness retailer.
Our lease intel suggests patent 139 Brewing Company took over the first-floor retail space in Suite C106 last month. The company is pretty new; it registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission Business Registration in February 2021. Co-owners Tim and Jeff Hass, both Arizona natives, were unavailable for comment at the time of publication.
Some other Boardwalk highlights include the property’s close proximity to high density populations and to the scenic lakefront views that boarder its south and east edges. So how about a little yoga followed by a craft beer on the shores of a lake? Doesn’t get much more relaxing than that.
