Since its founding in 2019, Pokiluv has been operating as a mall eatery with locations at Chandler Fashion Center and Glendale’s Arrowhead Towne Center. This third location will be Pokiluv’s first standalone brick-and-mortar, complete with a dining room and a full bar.

Owner Sabah Biswas tells What Now Phoenix that they are scheduled to open in early March. She is excited to expand her food and drink menu at the new 1,700 square-foot space with an outdoor patio. Currently, the menu includes poke bowls, sushirittos (a whole sushi roll eaten as a burrito), and boba drinks. The most popular menu item in the Spicy Salmon bowl.

After the opening of the new Tempe restaurant, Biswas also has sights set on future locations in Maricopa and Santan. To those who are still new to the poke and sushritto craze, Biswas says, “You are welcome to come try us out and give these items a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.”
