Pop-Up Bar is about to be Old Town Scottsdale’s hottest new hangout. Located at 7914 E. Indian Plaza, the experiential food and drink destination will make its debut this summer starting with its first concept, 50 Shades of Rosé.
Walk into 50 Shades of Rosé and be immersed in a highly visual atmosphere featuring original art installations, plus a beautiful blush bar with unique colors, textiles and fabrics that will completely transform the space and bring the building to life. Get ready to see this spot pop-up all over your Instagram and TikTok feeds in the near future.
50 Shades of Rosé will have a curated full bar serving up creative spins on rosé beverages and risqué cocktails, such as “The French Kiss,” conjured up by notable mixologists. The bar will also feature an extensive beer and wine list and a scratch kitchen will serve a seasonal menu with elevated dishes and ingredients.
Pop-Up Bar is brought to us by restaurant, music and nightlife veterans, who’ve spared no expense when it comes to the fine details of this first concept. From tens of thousands of flowers that adorn the walls, to a piano and a gorgeously adorned bar, they’ve done everything to ensure the space is always buzzin’.
