In addition to a menu crafted by Celebrity Chef Demetrio Zavala, the Food Network TV show personality, Prime will offer patrons sprawling views of the Estrella Mountains. The tower rises 150-feet above the desert landscape, which guests will ascend via a dedicated glass elevator.

“From the moment guests enter Prime, they’ll be welcomed by an invigorating take on the traditional steakhouse experience including perfectly prepared steaks, bold, craveable interpretations of classic dishes and signature wines paired with attentive service that puts guests front and center,” shares the press release.

“Chef Eric Arechiga was chosen to oversee all culinary operations of our Wild Horse Pass flagship restaurant Prime due to his passion, skill and quality execution he delivers on a nightly basis,” said Kenneth Manuel, Chief Executive Officer of Gila River Hotels & Casinos, in the press release. “Chef Eric is a consummate professional and highly respected culinary leader with many years of experience creating memorable moments for our valued guests.”

Preen, an award-winning hospitality design and architecture group, is behind the interior design of the new steakhouse. You can expect to find neutral, earthy tones befitting the eatery’s views as well as leather accents and stone tables.

Oh, and here’s the best bit. After dinner service is complete, Prime will transition into 11ven at Prime and provide patrons with craft cocktails and lively DJ music. We say, cheers to that.
