Quinn’s newest creation, Rockefeller, will be a seafood-forward eatery with a strong selection of small plates and a few salads and entrees. “The menu will be small and focused,” Quinn tells What Now Phoenix, “with no more than 20 dishes.” To accompany the oysters and other seafood bites, Rockefeller will have a strong cocktail program with an emphasis on martinis.

The interior space at 8260 N Hayden Road in Scottsdale, which is currently being built out, will feature a large bar in the center, a coffered ceiling, and booth seating with a few high-tops. The outdoor patio space is designed for lounging and boasts cushioned bench seating and hanging lights; there will be some patio tables as well.

Rockefeller will open at 4PM for happy hour. After the dinner crowd comes through, the eatery will stay open for an evening crowd and host occasional live music. Quinn says that once the eatery has found its stride, it will open for brunch hours as well.
