Owner Ceu Lian Thang hopes to have Shinko Sushi House up and running by the end of November. Speaking with What Now Phoenix, he explained Shinko will serve sushi dishes as well as ramen. While the eatery does not yet have an online presence yet, that doesn’t mean we can’t all get a little hyped at the thought.

According to a liquor license application obtained by WNPHX, Shinko is headed to 1241 E. Chandler Boulevard, Suite 127, in Phoenix. This means you’ll be able to enjoy some of your favorite sushi dishes in Foothills Park Plaza, the shopping center located at the intersection of E. Chandler and S. Desert Foothills Parkway.

Shinko Sushi House will move into the space that up until 2019 housed Perfect Pear Bistro, the popular family-owned restaurant that shuttered the location after the eatery’s owners were unable to negotiate a new lease with the property owners.

Already at home in the plaza are Domino’s Pizza, Biscuits Foothills, and Foothills Montessori. The plaza abuts Desert Foothills Park, meaning you could enjoy a lovely dinner at Shinko followed by an evening stroll. Sounds pretty dreamy.
