The company’s third location will hopefully move into the Arrowhead Towne Center shopping center later this year. Sizzle Korean BBQ, led by founder and executive chef Hyunwook Lee, recently applied for a liquor license for this location at site #2199 but is still awaiting approval. The shopping center also has a new Brewbotz kiosk coming to the second level, as well as a new Johnny Rockets on the same floor. Currently, Sizzle Korean BBQ can be found in Scottsdale and Phoenix, proving the concept to be popular in the area.

HL Concepts was established in 2013 and focused on authentic elevated Asian cuisine. Master chef Lee eventually opened Nori in Phoenix and Shinbay in Scottsdale, offering uncompromising quality in a comfortable yet sophisticated setting. Sizzle Korean BBQ follows in these footsteps with traditional Korean barbecue in an upscale and elevated setting. The company is also working on a new restaurant called Jin Jia, which is coming to the Desert Ridge Marketplace later this year.

When the new restaurant opens, customers can expect an adventurous dining experience made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you choose a selection of beef or pork, the meat is cooked and presented in front of each customer. Additional items on the menu include appetizers like Korean dumplings and seafood pancakes, bibimbap options, and various stews and soups. To finish the meal, the restaurant offers iced desserts in strawberry, mango, and red bean.
