According to leasing details and marketing materials obtained by What Now Phoenix, Starbucks has signed on for a new lifestyle development in Tolleson dubbed Village at Paseo de Luces, which will be located along Van Buren St and 99th ave. It’s unclear when construction will be completed on the new development and it will open.
A representative of Starbucks did not return a request for comment.
According to a brochure from Western Retail Advisors, which is handling leasing for the new development, other tenants that have already signed on include Burger King, Sonic, BoSa Donuts, and Phoenix’s very own Mesquite Fresh Street Mex.
