“We’re excited to bring Stream Realty Partners on as our leasing team at Elevate 24,” said Matthew Benbassat, Chief Operating Officer at Regent Properties in a statement. “Their experience, insight, and track record, coupled with their can-do attitude, made them the perfect choice to partner with at our property.”

The four-story, 323,251-square-foot Elevate 24 features two buildings with a host of office amenities in a submarket experiencing a renaissance. An upgraded fitness facility with lockers, two conference rooms, the on-site Humphrey’s Kitchen & Koffee, a golf simulator, The Deck, and underground parking are among popular amenities. The Deck, an outdoor area for office workers, offers a putting green, cornhole, and newly completed pickleball court. Upper floors of the property boast shared patios with views of Camelback Mountain. Speculative suites are available in the buildings, with some that are furnished.

Tenants will be able to walk to a host of retail and restaurant options–including Biltmore Fashion Park–around Elevate 24. The property offers easy access to Interstates 10 and 17 as well as Arizona State Route 51 for commuters.

Stream Phoenix made significant strides in expanding its footprint in Arizona in 2022, with five key hires focused on office and industrial leasing and property management in the Phoenix region.

According to Bialkowski, the Camelback Corridor continues to receive positive attention from tenants due to its broad-based amenity set and strong connectivity to the rest of the Phoenix market.

“The corridor’s tenant base is shifting from historically dominated financial, insurance, real estate, and legal organizations to more progressive end-users in technology,” Bialkowski said. “Elevate 24 will be able to capture that robust demand along the corridor in addition to surrounding submarkets. We are excited to work with Regent to unlock the full potential of this property.”
