Slated to open in early 2025, The Belmont is set to redefine the dining scene in North Scottsdale, according to a press release. The Belmont is poised to become a neighborhood gem, featuring craft cocktails, fresh seasonal cuisine made with locally sourced premium ingredients, and a casually sophisticated atmosphere. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily and brunch on weekends. Guests can expect a chic, elegant atmosphere where vintage charm meets modern comfort.

Phillip Lewkowicz, a seasoned restaurateur with over 12 years in the food and beverage industry, and his longtime friend and business partner Neal Thompson, a respected Arizona business leader, are the dynamic duo behind this venture. Together, they have formed Rosewood Concepts, a hospitality group dedicated to elevating the North Scottsdale dining scene with their signature style. As acting CFO of esteemed family establishments, Café Monarch and Reserve Scottsdale, Lewkowicz has earned respect in fine dining experiences. He is excited to bring Rosewood Concepts’ first restaurant to his neighborhood in the North Scottsdale area.

“As a North Scottsdale resident, I’ve always felt there was a gap in quality dining options in our area,” Lewkowicz said in a press release. “After spending years in fine dining and sourcing exceptional ingredients from around the world, I’m thrilled to bring that same level of culinary excellence to my own neighborhood. Partnering with my longtime friend Neal to launch Rosewood Concepts is a dream come true, and together, we’re committed to raising the bar for dining in North Scottsdale.” Lewkowicz’s wife, Megan, will bring her exceptional expertise in interior design to transform the space into an elegant and inviting environment to help bring the entire vision together.

Located right next to the renowned original Mastro’s, the complex is undergoing enhanced renovations, making this the perfect location for the new restaurant. The area has been under development, with substantial construction on the surrounding roads, the complex, and nearby amenities. The Belmont aims to deliver high-end dining in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual lunch, a special dinner, or a weekend brunch with friends, The Belmont promises to combine upscale cuisine with a laid-back vibe.

“We want to create a place where people can enjoy amazing food and drinks without any pretense,” Thompson said in a press release. “It’s about offering an upscale experience in an atmosphere so inviting, you’ll keep coming back. Every element of The Belmont, from the thoughtfully crafted cocktail program to our seasonally inspired menu, is designed to strike that perfect balance between excellence and comfort. We believe memorable dining isn’t just about what’s on the plate—it’s about creating moments that become memories.”
