According to the ad, The Fix is looking to purchase a site in Gilbert, East Chandler, or East Mesa. The site can be up to one acre, and The Fix is willing to look at Ground Leases, although prefers to purchase.

The Fix serves up Press Coffee Roasters coffee, which was voted Phoenix Magazine’s 2017 Best of the Valley Coffee Roaster—that’s how you know it’s good. The beans are sourced in Brazil and roasted locally, right here in Phoenix. The organic/fair trade coffee is known for its low acidity, and nutty, sweet flavor that has a chocolaty, medium taste.

When you roll up, you can select from the café’s substantial menu of hot and cold coffees, from the classics, like the latte and americano, to The Fix’s specialties like the German Chocolate Mocha and Mexican Horchata Mocha. Shave ice ‘snow bowls” and light eats are also available for order.

Owner Hunter Stewart did not immediately respond for comment, so we’ll just have to wait a little longer to learn when exactly (and where!) The Fix hopes to be serving up your next morning cup of joe.
