Now, the Maggiores are planning something new at 12811 N. Tatum Blvd. in Scottsdale. Introducing The Rosticceria, which will feature a build-your-own antipasto bar that includes at least 70 options, as well as a menu focused on wood-fired meats like porchetta and Sicilian sausage.

“Think of this place as an Italian rotisserie with fun hearty sides like little lasagna, scalloped potatoes and polenta,” Maggiore tells AZ Central. There will also be craft cocktails, as well as a gold pizza oven and DJ-oriented music to complement the vibes that this new restaurant is going for.

In addition to Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Baker, the Maggiore Group owns and operates two other restaurants including The Sicilian Butcher and The Mexicano. The Rosticceria will be one of two additional restaurants coming up next on their roster. A December 2022 opening is planned.
