A new restaurant called Thunderbird Bar & Grille is possibly coming soon to Scottsdale. The business has recently requested a Certificate of Occupancy to take over a suite at East Thunderbird Square, where they want to install a new kitchen and dining area.
East Thunderbird Square is home to businesses such as Kasai, The Rooster Tavern, Vanilla Gorilla, and Hush Public House. The possibility that a brand new bar and grill is coming to this area suggests that this corner of northern Scottsdale is becoming a new hub for dining options, especially given its proximity to Scottsdale Airport and The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.
Thunderbird Bar & Grille will be around a 1,600-square foot restaurant space, according to the public records. If construction has begun on this space, it’s likely that we could see an opening by the end of the year. Representatives for the new restaurant could not yet be reached for comment.
