Trevor’s Liquor could be working on a possible second location. What Now Phoenix has obtained a building permit for Trevor’s Liquor to take over a 14,863-square foot space at Scottsdale 101 along 7000 E. Mayo Blvd. YAM Properties confirms on their website that Trevor’s Liquor is coming soon to the shopping center.

Trevor’s Liquor’s original location on McDowell Road was founded by Park Plaza Liquors & Deli owner Trevor Phillips and restaurant industry veteran Jeff McDonald. The south Scottsdale boutique liquor store features not only a vast selection of bottles for purchase, but also a beer and wine bar; games area; walk-in beer cave and humidor; and dedicated cigar patio.

According to the building permit, the space will be constructed to include liquor sales, a restaurant with kitchen and bar, plus a cigar lounge. This suggests that we can probably look forward to a similar vibe at this new location, with the addition of food to enjoy at the beer and wine bar.

Representatives for Trevor’s Liquor could not be reached for comment. Based on the timing of our source, however, we suspect that an opening will happen towards the end of this year.
