A two-story project with bar, restaurant, and roof bar will open at 4440 N Saddlebag Trail in Scottsdale. According to a development request submitted to the City of Scottsdale in October 2020, Ryan Jocque’s project will open as a two-story bar and restaurant space with a downstairs bar, a burger spot and convenience store, and an upstairs, patio bar.

The development request describes the downstairs as vintage themed. The bar will have a ‘vintage western theme on the interior,’ while the burger shop and store will take on the appearance of a vintage bodega. The patio bar will be accessed from the bar and have a canopy that covers 90% of the space. The building has approximately 1,340 square feet of space to work with.

Jocque couldn’t be reached for comment at the time of publication, but the project was recently approved for a liquor license from the Arizona Department of Liquor under the name Winfields, which indicates it is moving forward.
