The new tenant will occupy 11,303 square-feet of ground floor space and will also feature a patio and rooftop deck overlooking Tempe Town Lake. Three Thirty Three is owned by WGE Capital Group, who is looking forward to entering the Phoenix Metro market.

“We have always wanted to open Three Thirty Three’s one-of-a-kind Asian-Inspired, masterful, high-end dining experience in the Valley and we are thrilled to call Watermark Tempe our home,” WGE Capital Group Executive Vice President Haylee Nguyen said in a press release.

“From our highest quality Wagyu meat, roasted Peking Duck, a selection of fresh seafood, superb wood-fired appetizers, and creative omakase sushi selections; we are excited to unveil an elevated dining experience to the Valley’s foodies.”

Three Thirty Three will also feature a “see-and-be-seen bar area” and rooftop lounge, which will host daily top 40 entertainment. On the weekends, there will be brunch and rooftop day parties. The space will also have private dining rooms to accomodate intimate celebrations and other social gatherings.

The news of Three Thirty Three arrives on the heels of Cushman & Wakefield’s previous announcement for Cession, a “Southern-style” bistro that is also planned for Watermark Tempe. Both concepts are scheduled to debut in early 2023. Stay tuned.
