Owner Ernest Nyarko tells What Now Phoenix that West Hut will feature the cuisine of West Africa. Expect dishes from countries like Ghana, Nigeria, and Cameroon, where yams, plantains, cassava, okra, and rice are common ingredients in many meals.

West Hut will also serve beer, wine, and cocktails but other than that, many details about the new restaurant are forthcoming. Nyarko tells us that a website and social media accounts should be ready within the coming weeks in anticipation of their opening next month. Stay tuned.
