The award-winning company’s fourth location is set to open in Buckeye at Verrado’s new Sunrise Market, making it one of the first restaurants to open at the new retail center, according to the Daily Independent. Westside Concepts, led by Joey Lucidi, also plans to relocate its original north Peoria location across the street to 24759 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway. Both locations are expected to open in November. Haymaker currently has additional sites in Goodyear and on Thunderbird Road in Peoria.

The new Buckeye location, designed by Social Design Studio, will be 4,800 square feet. Customers can expect a main dining room, large bar, and patio for indoor and outdoor seating. The new North Peoria location will be slightly larger at 5,000 square feet, offering customers the same excellent service, now enhanced with an expanded seating capacity. Westside Concepts, founded in 2013, also operates NW Coffee, Copper & Sage, Cantina Gueroa, Maple & Rye, and more.

“Haymaker is extremely special to us at Westside Concepts and to my family,” Lucidi tells the Daily Independent. “It was our first concept, and it has propelled the entire company and its growth. We couldn’t be more excited to bring a brand new reimagined design and location to north Peoria and a completely new location to the great neighborhood of Verrado.”
