World of Sourdough prides itself on serving “bread with benefits.” Noted as having higher levels of folate and antioxidants, sourdough contains less gluten and has properties that allow for better blood sugar control and improved insulin sensitivity, according to their website

The menu includes sandwiches made with premium quality meats, artisan cheeses and fresh cut veggies, plus a variety of classic salads served with a side of their sourdough bread. There is also New England Clam Chowder and a rotating soup of the day served in a fresh sourdough bread bowl.

The timing of this source suggests that World of Sourdough will open within the coming months. Owners of this location could not be reached for comment at the time of publication. For now, there is a Facebook page that notes the restaurant is coming soon. Stay tuned.
