Fans of Black Rock Coffee Bar might be excited to learn that the chain is possibly opening yet another location in Phoenix. Building permits found in city public records indicate that they have their sights set on 2260 W. Glendale Ave. across from Washington High School.
The permit describes new construction of a 1,123 square-foot drive-thru only store for the coffee bar. Based on the timing of this source, we can estimate that this new location will be ready to accept thirsty customers late this year, if not early 2023. Representatives for Black Rock Coffee have been contacted, but have yet to respond to requests for comment.
