The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill serves a unique menu featuring modern interpretations of Mediterranean favorites served in an elevated fast-casual atmosphere. Guests can enjoy classic dishes like The Great Greek Gyro as well as lamb, steak and chicken Souvlaki plates. Everything on the menu is complemented by the restaurant’s fresh Greek salads and four signature house-made dips, including Hummus, Tzatziki, Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) and Tirokafteri (spicy roasted red pepper).

“I’m excited to introduce our fresh, healthy and exceptionally tasty menu to this community,” said Michael Boulant in a statement. “We worked many years in the flooring industry, where customer service is king, and we plan to bring this same philosophy to The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill – every guest will leave fully satisfied after enjoying delicious food and welcoming service.”

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill motto, Live Deliciously, is embodied in its commitment to using high-quality ingredients and traditional flavors from recipes passed down for generations to craft tasty dishes that leave guests feeling great. The concept offers a wide variety of customizable options, including the Classic Greek Salad or Rice Bowl with a choice of gyro meat, salmon and more. Guests can indulge in unique offerings like made-to-order, fresh Feta Fries and must-have desserts like Baklava, Baklava Ice Cream and Rice Pudding.

“The whole menu sold us, but I love the Chicken Souvlaki Plate,” added Michael Boulant. “The chicken is well seasoned and juicy, the rice pilaf is moist and flavorful – all that paired with soft pita bread and fresh Greek salad, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better meal anywhere else.”

The eatery specializes in catering large parties, events and meetings and is perfect for family gatherings. It offers Mediterranean spreads with bold flavors.

The couple has lived in Las Vegas since 2008 and is excited to plant roots in the Gilbert community. Michael Boulant is a licensed pilot, and the pair enjoys flying throughout the southwest, visiting family and exploring destinations such as the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park.

The new Gilbert location of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers dine-in, pick-up, delivery and catering options. Conveniently located near the Mesa Gateway Airport, Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus and more, the 2,400-square-foot restaurant seats 68 guests in the dining room and 25 on its patio.
