“Since full-service dining has returned post-pandemic, we’ve only seen the demand for catered group orders grow,” said Jaryn Oakley, operating partner for Morning Squeeze in a statement. “This location lets us meet that demand with a dedicated prep kitchen, centralized delivery staging and convenient guest pick up.”

The Catering Kitchen offers variations of Morning Squeeze’s regular restaurant menu. Items like breakfast burritos, bagels and lox, sandwiches and coffee are available in servings for 10 people or more. The menu of fresh breakfast and lunch dishes and Morning Squeeze’s reputation for on-time service have helped boost its catering sales by 37 percent in 2022.

Oakley explains their made-fresh, hot breakfast items distinguish the Squeeze catering menu from other options. Morning Squeeze catering delivers more than 100 gallons of coffee a month. Its most popular catered breakfast order includes the breakfast burrito platter, fruit tray, orange juice and coffee.

“Nothing beats a full breakfast of eggs, bacon, potatoes and fruit to show your employee appreciation,” she said.

Morning Squeeze remodeled the space in the mixed use industrial-retail neighborhood near 52nd Street and University Drive to accommodate kitchen and prep areas needed for staging its large catering orders. Oakley says they eventually plan to open to the public for limited counter-style service during the week.

More information about Morning Squeeze Catering and placing orders at The Catering Kitchen is available on the Morning Squeeze website.
