One of the owners of the vegan bakery Matthew Hodl told What Now Phoenix that they have a target opening time in the late November, early December window.

“What customers can expect to receive from our Vegan bakery is a one of a kind gourmet experience in quality baked goods! From what we specialize in like our Cinnamon Rolls to our other many tasty options like brownies, cookies, and even dole whip,” Hodl explains. “We promise to deliver a quality and consistent product every time you visit. We can’t wait to bring this one of a kind gourmet experience to the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area all while maintaining that mom and pop shop family style vibes!”

The Cinnaholic experience is all about designing your own cinnamon rolls, or choosing from their best selling combinations. They offer a variety of over 20 frostings and a variety of toppings made with high quality ingredients, which are 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free. Some of their best sellers include Cookie Monster, Campfire S’mores, Caramel Apple Pie and the classic, Old Skool Roll.

The franchise all started from a small bakery in Berkeley, California in July 2010.
