A new concept by Armando Hernandez of Cocina Chiwas and Tacos Chiwas, and Roberto Centeno of Espiritu, is coming to Phoenix, according to The Arizona Republic.
Called Santo Arcadia, the restaurant will be located on 4418 E Osborn Rd in what was formerly The Vintage Arcadia space.
The menu will be Mexican-focused, and include items such as steaks, ceviche, salad, and drinks, with pricing on par with Cocina Chiwas and Espiritu. They will also have indoor and outdoor grills, and a bar next door called Pecado.
They are aiming to open at some point in January, but an exact opening date has not been decided yet.
