Que Sazon started out as a South American food truck by chef Fabian Ocampo, whose specialties included empanadas and sweet plantains. Business partner Julie Ocampo confirmed with What Now Phoenix that the plan was to open by November at the latest.

“Our menu is in the works but there will be some items similar to those on the food truck. In addition, we plan to include a ceviche bar,” Julie says, adding that the restaurant will have a “Cuban/Miami flare.”
