The company’s third location is set to move into the ground floor of Roadrunner on McDowell, a premier apartment community in Scottsdale, according to the company’s website. The new 1,300-square-foot space near the southwest corner of McDowell and 68th Street will soon serve high-quality coffee, food, and flowers while supporting the local community. The new Stemistry is expected to open in the Summer of 2024.

Owner Dylan Capshaw, who started the company at the age of 15, will create a welcoming space in the new apartment community by combining his two passions: flowers and coffee. Stemistry features a Build Your Own Bouquet Bar, where, during hours of operations and without reservations, guests can assemble bouquets on their own or with free help from our team members. When this is not happening, guests are encouraged to enjoy food and drinks made with local ingredients. Stemistry also offers private classes for groups of all sizes.

“Our coffee shop is owned and operated by an 18-year-old entrepreneur who is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all,” according to the company’s website. “We take pride in serving the finest coffee and tea in town, sourcing our beans from local roasters, and using ingredients from local vendors to create our delicious baked goods, sandwiches, and other offerings.”
