The Gilbert’s are now bringing three new locations to Phoenix after first starting out franchising with Nothing Bundt Cakes.

The company as a whole currently has 15 stores in Austin, College Station, Houston, San Antonio, Doral, Coral Gables, and Mexico. The upcoming locations, along with others in various stages of development, will bring their business count to 36 storefronts in the near future.

Customers can anticipate sweet, savory, and breakfast crêpes, as well as waffles, soups, salads, paninis, hot drinks, milkshakes, and various other beverages. They also offer a selection of alcoholic beverages, such as beer, cider, mimosas, wine, and champagne.

Exact Phoenix locations have not yet been announced at this time, but the first will open sometime next year.
