The company, owned by Kyle and Erica Walters, currently has sites in Chandler and Scottsdale, with more on the way. Kyle Walters tells What Now Phoenix that they are getting ready to move into the former home of Fat Willy’s in South Chandler, which is expected to close this weekend. It’s a full circle moment for the couple, who both worked at this location of Fat Willy’s when it opened over 12 years ago. They expect to open near the Chandler Heights Marketplace in late September.

This isn’t the only location the duo are working on. Kyle Walters tells What Now Phoenix that they are currently scouting for a fourth site, saying, “We have a few things in the works that may or may not pan out, but we are always looking to keep growing if the right opportunity presents itself.” Despite the unofficial announcement, the search proves the company is nowhere near slowing down. When the new location opens at the northwest corner of Gilbert and Chandler Heights, customers can expect modern cuisine of handcrafted recipes, a unique selection of craft cocktails, and a diverse beer & wine selection.

Every dish served at The Parlay Kitchen & Cocktails contains the finest ingredients. The restaurant offers various appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and entrees. Some house specialties, which are highlighted on the menu, include steak bites, poke, and spicy charred edamame to start, and range from the Asian ahi tuna salad to the Parlay steak burger, which features 1/2 pound of ground brisket and steak topped with cheddar, bacon, onion jam, and lettuce on a brioche bun. The Parlay Kitchen & Cocktails also features a daily happy hour from 3 pm to 6 pm, a kids menu, dessert options, and brunch on the weekend.
