Of the four food and beverage options announced earlier this week for Surprise City Center, Mario Rana’s restaurant is the only one born and bred in the city.
The new concept, slated to open this winter, comes courtesy of local restaurateurs Don Talbot and Clay Moizo, who operate numerous businesses under their Icon Hospitality Group banner.
The company, which currently operates upwards of 15 locations around the San Diego area, will venture out of state with an outpost at Surprise City Center next year.
